About Us
REMOCA General Contractors, Inc. provides full-service interior and exterior remodeling, specializing in whole house remodeling, kitchen, and bathroom. Room additions and accessory dwelling units (ADU).
The name comes from Remodeling California. Our clients know us as a friendly and proactive team with a passion for building and real estate. That combines both of those specialties to help them get the most from their remodeling projects now and in the future. We always keep in mind possible future value and how a remodel could increase equity in their homes.
Our Beginning
REMOCA General Contractors was established in 2010 during a difficult economic era. A lot of people were losing their houses, and businesses were closing. It was not the perfect time to start a construction business in San Diego. But we knew that it was not about the circumstances. It was about what we were going to do with them. You need to believe in yourself, hustle, and keep moving forward.
In 2020 we were celebrating our 10th anniversary.
Our Process
As a Licensed General Contractor and with over 17 years of hands-on experience in the construction industries of both Argentina and the United States, Leo Villaverde personally manages each project from beginning to end. This includes the first meeting, the estimate, the contract, and the entire building process. Clients communicate directly with him. He is always available to assist them with all questions or concerns and work closely with our clients to worry about the construction and remodeling process.
